The process started with their suggestions on a variety of different dishes before we settled on 8 tapas-style menu to allow our guests to continually mingle throughout the evening. As the evening started to unfold, these talented gourmets began to serve delicious canapés and tapas before ramping up to the highlights of the night - the Trinidadian shark sandwich (yum!!!!) and the slow cooked ribs (definitive proof that God loves us and he wants us to be happy!). I have had some outstanding meals in my life by some of the world's most notable chefs and can safely say that this was one of the most delicious dining experiences ever!
